Sugar Shack is finally here! This pattern has so much meaning to me and I am so excited that it is finally out in the world! From the pattern:
The Sugar Shack quilt is inspired by a barn quilt found on the New Milford Quilt Trail called Maple Leaves, which is part of a rich history of barn quilts in New England. This, combined with inspiration from the multitude of maple sugar shacks across New England’s landscape, led to the design of the Sugar Shack quilt. Sugar Shack is dedicated to my Grampy who led a life full of love, adventure and maple syrup.
Sugar Shack looks great using traditional red and white fabric but also works well with prints or as a scrappy version. The pattern uses all half square triangles and squares, so it is a perfect quilt for beginners.
