Today is finally the day! The Wildflower Farm Quilt is now out in the wild. Well, the PDF copy is at least ;) The Wildflower Farm quilt pattern is inspired by garden gates found around the great state of Maine and the beautiful flowers that bloom beyond.
The pattern and was actually originally written and released earlier this spring for something in Maine we call the Shop Hop. A group of 30 awesome fabric shops get together each year and host a passport event where Maine fabric enthusiasts can travel to each shop and pick up free fabric, a free pattern and tons of chances to win awesome prizes.
I was incredibly honored when the organizers asked if I wanted to write the pattern this year. It was free for shop hop participants, however, was written specifically for the fabric involved in the hop. After the pattern was released back to me and after an extensive re-write for a general audience, I am so happy to say it is finally done! I've added instructions for yardage, fat quarters and scraps and the sky is the limit for your creativity with this pattern. Just check out my testers amazing work below!
(p.s. If you prefer paper versions of patterns, it should be ready by mid-July! Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be notified when it's ready!)
